As I read this chapter all I could think of is, What kind of mom does Ambrosia have?  Why didn't her mom say anything to her when she dropped out of college?  Isn't her mom a doctor?  Goodness, Ambrosia, you never give up your opportunity to be independent based upon trying to trap a man.  That in and of itself is a plan for potential failure and pitfalls.  Realized, she cant' cut her losses because she put all of her eggs into the Marino basket.  What can she do but go psycho like she is about to.  This man you have slept with since you were 16 is a pedo and needs his behind beat and you know he isn't leaving his wife.  You are the side chick like your dad messes with.  She made my head hurt.

Now I am not too fond of Cameron either.  He knew the torture and hell Aries was going thru and didn't defend her at all when he was just as much a part of the "mistake" and slept with her.  A grown ass man and you couldn't stand up to Ambrosia.  Hell nawl, he would have some begging to do before I even consider him as anything other than this dude who happens to be my son's father.  So you know what, this is karma for him too, that Ambrosia was cheating on him b/c if that is indeed what he did, then hey, you deserve it also to be willfully blind to her mayhem that affected an innocent person.

Great story though and can't wait to read more.

I'm a little iffy about Asgar and Denise.  I don't know.  If he wasn't a priest, I would feel differently but knowing about what he chose to do when he was an adult, I feel bad he is being tempted by Denise and honestly she appears flighty to me.  I love Chance and Angelina though.  I guess I am also sad her boy toy will be very hurt and that could weigh on Asgar as a Priest.  Hmmm, I'm waitng to see how you set their relationship if they do have one.....as grandma said, don't go putting the cart before the horse now.  LOL.  For a taste, it was very delicious.

This story has me continuously thinking about these two. 

First Adele:  I am soooo happy she is not staying at this firm.  Humphrey's words conveyed exactly what they thought of her and how she would be treated at the firm.  Go to another firm where she has a clear slate and her actions/knowledge/abilities can shine without any additional preconceived notions based upon past looks and commentary.  She was right to leave Gabe standing there looking dumbfounded. 

Second Gabe:  WTH!!  She was being nice to your behind and you just had to open your big ass entitled/white privilege mouth and inserted (I hope for future purposes) big foot right in.  Did you not hear anything she said to you in the car that night?  Did you not hear how dismissive Humphrey was about her skills?  Are you seriously telling me he would stay in a position with a company that he would not get the respect he has earned or deserved?  I don't believe that BS for one minute.  If the shoe was on the other foot, he would be talking to Mommy and Daddy trying to start him up with his own firm.  He has yet to wake up, understand and acknowledge how the commentary he made helped shape her experience with the firm.  Lo and behold, it was ALL ABOUT GABE AND THE PERCEPTIONS HE WANTS TO PORTRAY to the management team versus ANY CARE ABOUT HER SPIRIT/EMOTION/JOY.  He gonna have to get it together and have a coming to Jesus moment before I begin to like him.

Wow, Dante, you don't have to date someone for 5 years to know if they are the one for you.  I think this ceremony was great and it will always be remembered because it was just them.  When you love someone and care about their well-being everything else can be worked out and you LEARN how to compromise.  It doesn't happen overnight.  I actually think Matt will calm down now that Maddie has moved in and they are married.  I also hope Maddie talks to her counselor about her feelings of losing herself in Matt's life and maybe they should also do couples' counseling since Matt hasn't had any good role models regarding healthy, mutual loving relationships.  

I truly hope Solomon can bring peace, possibly by helping to remove all obstacles in the way of his happiness like Walter, Curtis and Wendy.  I really do not understand Wendy.  Why ask for your dead child's things when you have so called moved on.  Why can't your rich, have it all husband buy new items.  Walter, why do you want your son to have hand me downs with your snobbish behind.  This is just another way to attempt to hurt Nathaniel who has done nothing wrong to either of you.  Karma will definitely, I hope be a bish to all of them, I hope.

How did Curtis find her so quickly with the snow just now melting?  Did someone point him in her direction?  What is Wendy about to do as she see's Nathaniel getting over her and getting close to Eden b/c regardless of how she left him, she doesn't want to see him with another woman and ol' boy just wants Nathaniel to suffer b/c he knew he was second best.  Wendy chose Nathaniel first.  Wonder how he is about to impact her uncle's job. 

Happy Birthday!!!  I wondered if Archie is crushing on Athena then I thought would he want to put the girl he is crushing on out in the field with no experience to possibly get killed.  I mean him and his brother were skilled people and they got hurt.  I won't say his brother is killed until you produce a body.  So I would like to hear from Archie's perspective on why he wants Athena. What can she do for him?  Feel kinda sad for Tasha when a man who is severely injured still tries to get away from you.

I don't know where I have been and why I haven't read this so far but I have to say I think Brandon was unfair to ask Diya about Marisol calling him at that time of night.  You are in a relationship and understand you wouldn't want a man regardless of friend to call her during a time that's reserved for you two.  So hell yeah, tell Marisol to stop calling and break that chain she is attempting to wrap you up in.  She can go to the store and purchase some Melatonin, benadryl to get her behind to sleep.  Hell go the aromatherapy route with some lavender, chamomile, bish you can even do sleepytime tea...you do not need to hear the sound of his voice to get your ass to sleep.  That is done for and she should have known better and been respectful of the relationship.  Obviously from the previous chapter, she is aware he really likes her if he introducing her as his Girlfriend....the former hit it and quit it king.

Now who is this woman that is still causing him so much anguish and if I was Diya, we gonna need some counseling b/c I don't have time to put effort into this relationship and this chick reappears then you waltzing away with her.  That much anguish still present, feels like strong feelings are still involved.  I understand the reticence in speaking about it to her this early in the relationship but the voice.  Hmmmm.
