The way Reuben treats him Mom is an indication how he treats other women. The problem there is, he doesn't see to realize those other women don't have his best interest at heart. He's almost like a babe in the woods.

And yeah Reuben, I see you. You've notice a whole lot about Amelle. And maybe the reason he reacted so intensely is that he feels something for her and not ready to admit that even to himself.

I'm looking forward to the party. Amelle is a strong young woman. I was a bit surprised at her reaction with Reuben accusations, but maybe it hurt more becaue it was coming from him. She cried, yes, but she's not going to let that keep her down. I'm liking her more and more. It would be dull if she was completely perfect.
