I totally agree with pmgayles and E.p on this. This is complicated and they didn't do the situation any favors with this. Jeremy is a spineless coward so I'm not sure why Shenai is still wasting her time with him like that. And as was said, you cant cry foul if you never told him anything. Now, I was in Jeremiah's corner up until this because I felt that he knew that he had to accept that Nai didn't care for him like he wanted and moved on. I still, however, felt he really never stopped loving her. So its f*cked up, but I kinda expected him to make a move like this. He definitely knew what he was doing there. Jeremy never said stay the night and he knew she was drunk off her ass! Plus, he has a girlfriend now, so to hurt her like this is an azzhole thing to do.

As far as Shenai...umm...don't mean to be a prude here, but to sleep with two brother-twins, no less-in a 24 hour period is straight up sleazy! I'm sorry, but it is. What if she did get pregnant? And what's with all the unprotected sex, anyway? She knew she had no business sleeping with either. Shenai really needs to go somewhere and get her head right. She's contributing to hurting two women that don't deserve that from her. No matter what Jade is doing, she's not taking away from Shenai a man she never expressed her feelings to. She's really been kind of immature about all of this. They all really just used each other. What a nasty mess this is going to be.

Jeremiah is as much of an ass as he brother Jeremy.  Doesn't Jeremiah have a girlfriend?  Wasn't up Jeremy's ass for sleeping with Shenai because he was getting married?  Now you have slept with the woman that you know your brother is in love with, what happens now?  Shenai, now that you slept with both brothers, what happens if you get pregnant?  Who would the father be, Jeremy or Jeremiah?  What is Jeremy going to say when gets back and Shenai tells him that two have slept together?  That by the way would be so awesome, I want Jeremy to rue the day that he hurt Shenai and I want his face cracked!!!

Neither of those brothers deserves Shenai, but then again she is really kind of stupid.  You can't cry foul if you never told the man that you were in love with him.. But it wouldn't have made a difference as Jeremy has no back bone and would marry the wrong woman  just to please his dead father.  I mean come on Jeremy, why are you so lame?

Very nice chapter. Looks like Jeremiah got what he wanted. Let's hope Shenai doesn't change her mind. Glad you're back writing this story!

I Didn't like this chap at all. Let have been a dream because Jaremah is slick and Jeremy is dumb for seeing that Jaremah is trying to get him out kit the picture.

I don't understand.  You have now turned your protagonist into a druken slut?  Having unprotected sex with two brothers in less than 24 hours.  It may not read as such, but for Jerimiah to have had sex with her was wrong, even if she sobered up a bit she was still hurt from Jeremy's rejection.  And with no protection there is always the chance of a pregnancy...for twins...who's the dad.  Your female protagonist seemed so strong, now shes a slut.  If she was meant to end up in the brothers bed, she shouldn't have stopped in her "best friends"bed first.  Her actions helped Jeremy cheat on his fiance, her second actions helped Jerimiah cheat on his girlfriend.  Is that all she is got for?

Good update. I'm withholding judgment until I see where you're going with it. The only thing that I would really hate right now is if Shenai somehow ends up with her so-called best friend that was willing to have sex with her the night before his wedding to someone else, but not be with her for real and in public because she's black. Hell to the no!! (in my Whitney voice)

Please let Shenai find her self respect. It is freaking unbelievable, and unconscionable, that Jeremy would have the nerve to believe that she'll always be there for him after he scored her and threw her away, all because his daddy said, "she's not good enough for marriage."

Then to have her in the wedding, and have the nerve to tell her to pay attention when she's barely hanging on as he shatters her heart into a million pieces. Her black skin makes her ineligible for an above board relationship, but she's good enough to f***?! Who does he think he is? Massa in the big house?

I would never speak to that fool again. I want you to really make him pay. We have certainly been waiting long enough to see this character get his comeuppance. Please, please, please let her upgrade and be happy, and let him be miserable with Miss America for the rest of his pathetic little life.

Just finished reading this, and its GOOD so far, I can't wait to find out what happens at this wedding

Jeremy's dad was a racist. How did he end up married to a Spanish woman? Did she not know her husband was a racist? Why is Jeremy so ready to marry the woman his father would approve of? Is this not an indication that he shares his father's views? Does this girl think that Jeremy will be happy with her for keeping such a big secret from him? Why is Shenai allowing Jeremy to treat her like a second class citizen? He finds it okay to have sex with you the day of his wedding, but won't acknowledge that fact at the actual park where the ceremony will take place. What is she hoping to gain by forcing him to admit that they'd had sex earlier? 

Does Shenai have some kind of self-esteem problem? Why is her best female friend telling her that she at least has her memories of having sex with Jeremy to comfort her? So, being his slut is the best she can hope for? What does it say about Jeremy's character that he can have sex with another woman on The Day of his wedding? Since his father is dead, he can't oppose Jeremy marrying Shenai and his mother loves her. So what is Jeremy's deal? 

I have more respect for Jeremiah. He obviously never shared his father's views and seems to be in love with Shenai. Although, I'm not sure if he is just jealous of his twin or if his feelings for Shenai are genuine. Is Jeremy so clueless that he doesn't realize Jeremiah's interest in Shenai?

Shenai needs to look deep into herself and rethink her whole "I love Jeremy" thing, 'cause it ain't working for her. Maybe she needs to go live somewhere else or stay away from Jeremy and his family and find herself her own man.

I'm very confused...

Him pretending it didin't happen, isn't going to work for him. I like his mom, maybe she should be the one to stop the wedding, that would be priceless.
