Loved it.  Love Jake.  I want better for him than Sierra.  Glad he put her out but not happy he is going to confront Viktor.  He isnt doing himself any favors. Sometimes you just have to let go and accept the choices that others make.  She choose drugs.  She choose to prostitute herself.  She choose Viktor.  Even when she had a better choice waiting a home.  Now it's time for Jake to choose Jake once and for all.

I don't like Sierra, and I already can't stand Viktor and he hasn't been seen in the story yet.  Jake did the right thing she made her choices now she must live ir die with the consequence.  I neither sympathize or empathize with drug addicts or alcoholics the choice to try it first is in them. I am completely disgusted with Sierra!  She is one main character that could die and I wouldn't care!  Jake don't feel guilty her choices are her own but you couldn't allow her to continue to use and steal from you.  The person you loved is gone shed could come back after getting clean but would you want her?  She became a crack whore (although she denies crack use) no telling what diseases she carries! Jake keep your distance!

Jake is really considering taking your advice. Sierra is such a lost cost right now, and it just all around hurts for Jake to see this happening to someone he loves. It's hard for him to let go of the past.

Very sad story. He did the right thing by asking her to leave his home. She chose to be with Viktor doing drugs. To bad he feels guilty about what happened to her. Thanks

I love the fact that your characters aren't cookie cutter in the least bit. Yet they aren't hackneyed caricatures either. You actually pull of this strange concept of humanizing your characters instead of having them act out as droids. Lol.

 

Can't wait to see where part two goes.

I'm happy that you feel that way about how I write my characters. I always fear that I'm either making them too dry and boring with no substance. Nice to know that I'm not; makes me feel good, lol.

Jake is wasting his time feeling guilty. For whateve reason, Sierra is a junkie. She won't stop until she wants to.
