And BANG ! Take it up in the ass!! Sorry, it's too good to not to be expressed ! I really love how she seems to be casual about money, how she made them understand that these little rednecks are of no importance, insignificant. This moment was a pure delight ! Mark's parents are now on their knees, and the town will realize they're just jealous and bitter if they dare badmouth her. They thought they were the epitome of sophistication... how laughable! They ruled a small town, well, she just rules the world. I really really really just hope that she's really strong and won't let Mark weaken her by making her feel guilty about her change, ranting about how she used to be sweet, down to earth, caring... blabla... She suffered too much, everybody stomped on her without a second thought or mercy. Well, like we say nowadays : kill them all ! (Spartacus forever !). Though, it's a pity she doesn't have a child of her own, from the man who made her happy for the first time in her life. Great job girl, you rock my avid reader world !

Love Spartacus, rewatching the entire thing.  wanted to give her a child of her own but the time line wouldnt fit. Her daughter is a gem though and she will play a major role. 

 

Mark is going to try some petty crap but it wont work. Mel knows who she is.

She lived out my fantasy of gong to my reunion and basically saying 'suck it bitches' by being extremely successful in life and love.

OMG!  My high reunion is coming up, for some unknown reason I love high school reunion stories.  I like the direction that you are going in, I love that she didn't wait for him she went on with her life.  Other stories are about how the woman focused on a makeover & another chance with the one that got away.  Definitely looking for more.

I didnt want to go in the usual direction because for once i wanted the woman to be like f u all, look on me now. She got a make over but she did it for herself not anyone else. Mark is going to have to earn his chance.
