Is there a human beneath that hard exterior? I hope Iris can handle this. She SEEMS like a nice girl. I hope she has the fortitude to deal with Ms Zuma. I've met one Zuma in my life and you NEVER let 'em see you sweat, that's like chum in the water to someone like her.
I don't normally go there, but I hope there's some good ole Karma coming her way.

Zuma, it'seems not Iris's fault that she was forced on you. Be nice to her, she's a sister!! Her last name indicates that she isn't African American in the sense that I am? I want to know what Zuma is hiding from? Why is she so mean to people? I am not crazy about Zuma, I hope that I grow to like before the end of this story?

Zuma is a straight up BITCH!!!! you don't have to treat people badly to get your come-up. Malcomb was just mad because the tables were turned on him, they can dish it, but they can't take it. All those people Zuma hurt on her way going up, will be the same people she will see on her way going down. I like this story.

Zuma, it's not about being palsy with your subordinates, it's about being human and treating others as if they were as well.
