I love that Ryan is quick to make things right between them. He can't bear to have her at odds with him. I love that they talk it out. They have both lost loved ones that meant the world to them. Lucky that they have each other to confide in whenever they are ready.

Ryan's father seems like he has two sides to him - one for show and another unpleasant one. He keeps forcing down the issue of policing for Ryan, but he needs to understand that Ryan doesn't want that. Maybe he wants him to be in the same position he is in now. I would think he would want him to do something else. Just because policing runs in the family doesn't mean its right for every individual. He still makes me very wary pf him. Charlene and Ryan need to watch themselves when he is near.

I have just finished reading all the chapters of this story and I am loving this story so far. Keep it up.

I feel so bad for Charlene and what she has been through. Hopefully, with time, she will remember all the good times with her brother. I do wish she auditions to sing though. It would be a shame to waste her voice.

I'm very curious to know what happened to Charlene's dad when he was a teen. Sheriff Quinn seemed to be real interested in Charlene and the goings on of her father. I'm thinking maybe her father and the Sheriff got into it over Vivian. Even though there is racist tension in the town, maybe the Sheriff had feelings for her. That's what I'm leaning to but I'm not sure......ahh speculations, speculations. And if that is the case, then Charlene and Ryan are heading in the same direction. Whatever the secret may be, I hope Charlene's dad tells her, and hopefully soon.

Ryan is so cute, lol. I see he is real determined to make Charlene his. It seems like she will be fighting him and probably herself every step of the way though. I was so happy when Ryan told Danny to shut his racist trap. Lawd, there was only so much I could take of his mouth and he's a fictional character. But many people still harbour those same feelings and I guess it riles me up. I just hope Ryan focuses so he can do better for himself and go to USC.

I really like Wes. He's awesome. And I hope Chad doesn't get so engrossed in follwing Danny and the others that he compromises himself and what he stands for. Just hearing him latch on to what Danny was saying in the diner made me think; like this is how the cycle keeps going. Its not an innate thing....racism is taught and learned. I just hope Danny gets whats coming to him.

Christi is something else. What an arrogant, manipulative, miserable trick. I really hope she gets a full serving of 'whoop ass.' A Detroit beatdown straight from Charlene. Please grant me this wish, lmao. There's only so much misery you can inflict on others before it catches up to you. Just because she has power and connections now, doesn't mean she will have it forever. Every one has their day. 

Karen and her friends are hilarious. I wish Karen would let her inner diva out. And I hope that she will stand up to Christi. She has such a caring nature though. I can see her being there for Charlene. And lawd, how about that James Carter a.k.a. Lance Gross? Boy, there ain't nothing gross about that man. God bless his mother and father for making him, hehe

So it seems like Durbin and Francis are brother and sister. Does this mean that Coco is also their sister? I hope I am not confused. They're plotting against one of their own.

I'm glad Mary gave her an intro to a beatdown. Francis just doesn't learn. Too bad for Darren, but he put himself in this position. If he would just wise up and see her for who she really is, he would be better off. Welp! So glad they have been kicked out of town. But I know Francis has more tomfoolery up her sleeve.

Sebastian was trying to put on game and was shot down . . . LMAO! Linette is hilarious and a very strong woman. I like her.

Ginger's karma is raining down on her and hopefully this is just the beginning. I'm proud that Benny had a change of heart and is ready to start over fresh. Their child deserves parents that are unselfish and are looking to be a better example. Benny has wised up and Ginger hasn't. She is still being foolish and thinks she has done nothing wrong. Stoopid girl! If he can get someone that genuinely loves him and their child, then I say go for it. Ginger will corrupt anything she comes into contact with.

I just knew something was bound to happen when Coco and Mal woke up. Seems like they were trying to make their dreams a reality. And boy was it getting good. Calise had me dying and of course Mal had to have the last parting shot. Officially dead. These two are hilarious. Wait til Junior finds out.

Sasha is one sheisty ass heifer. Poor Samuel, although he is slightly crazy, I can't even blame him. To be on the top of the world and have everything going right for you to end up where he is now is really heartbreaking. And for his wife to just stand there while everything is happening and not saying anything is just spiteful. She got them to where they are right now. She better run cause when he gets up he is on a mission. He is gonna come after all of them. Coco's crazy ass would probably handle him all by herself.

Now we all know that no matter how hard Coco promises to do right, drama just seems to follow her and she gets caught with her fist in someone's face . . . literally. Aunt Loose Booty got to feel the effects and I'm sure its not over by a long shot. There is more to come. So basically, she is jealous of Coco (cause she has Mal whipped) and carries deep-seated hatred and resentment for Cayenne for breaking up her parent's marriage. She has found a 'scapegoat' in Coco and is lashing out at her. She seriously needs to inhale, exhale and woo-sah her way out of life itself.

Do I see a Sebastian and Linette coupling? The cast pics seem to hint so. Btw, the cast pics look fab. Such gorgeous people. Can't wait for the next chapter. <3

Francis needs to quit plotting. Nothing is gonna turn in her favour. The way she is going on, Darren is gonna die 'defending' her foolish ass. Alas, I was almost overjoyed when he asked her what her grudge is against Coco. He caught her unaware and read that bitch. She couldn't believe it her damn self.

Cayenne needs to be fed to the wolves in the blue forest. Her and Durbin. His nasty ass is always looking for a fight. I'm glad Tony and Grayson were around to put him in his place. Calise was about to drop-kick his ass. And onto Grayson . . . what a fine specimen he is. God Bless Mama Lundy and Papa Elliot for making him :O). What is the real name of the guy in the pic though? Gotta know so I can stalk. Hopefully, he is not batting for the other team.

Coco has to be real careful. Cayenne will use anyone in her schemes to get to Coco. The whole visiting scene with Linny, Jethro and Coco was hilarious. Everyone can see that Coco has feelings for Mal, except herself. I love that Mal visited his soon to be new father-in-law. I'm glad he didn't back down. Jethro and Mal are of the same cloth and they will stop at nothing to defend those they care about. But lawd, Mal is in for it when him and Coco are behind closed doors. I can't wait!! They're finally gonna get rid of all that tension. Yassss!!

Kyle is funny as hell, and Jameson, the ever present good Samaritan lol. I was hoping to read more about them, but didn't think it would come so soon. I'm urgently waiting to see how their first meeting progressed to the relationship they have now.
