Oh my...Samara and Jude are "feeling" each other and if that's Noah's plan then kudos to him but still...I got a knot in my tummy when I read she O:d to Jude on her mind and that's a good thing, lol! It shows I have developed an attachment with your characters and that's after 3 chs! I'm amazed!...Looking forward to the couple's stay at the ranch and with Samara and Jude having a hard to time keeping their minds off each other - who knows how it will go...Thanks for the update!

L-O-V-E this story and nearly damn screamed when i saw the update - thank you a 1000 times! thank you! Ian & Olivia are hot together but she's right she's loving someone who isn't real - what will happen when reality finally hits them...

Life is hard. James knows this for a fact in which she picked a bad time to quit smoking. Working long days as a housekeeper and taking online college classes just adds more stress. With a troubled childhood and a dark past looming over her shoulder, James is untrusting of others therefore lets very few people into her life.
That is until she stumbles -- literally -- into Tristen, a computer software engineer who won't take 'no' for an answer. He's different, kind, and fun. And French. He wants to get to know her, but will her past drive him away like the others and if he does stay, can he endure damage of her skeletons tumbling out of the closet?
Loving this story! Thank you for showing us a glimpse of James past. I despise her mother and hope she gets a long painful end. Trigger can happily travel the same road...! I personally think this was an important chapter not only because of the flashbacks but Tristen *fan my hot face!* I want HIS KISSES!!! They seem to be on fire seeing how they're burning down James' walls. Even if she walks away in order to save his life - Tristen isn't going anywhere...!

LOL! I wouldn't mind a few of Tristen's kisses myself. :) The theme of the next chapter will be James struggling to decide as to whether she should keep away from Tristen and not risk her being the reason of his death or ignore Pearl's threat and continue to see him. One choice is the right thing to do even if it means being alone and one choice is the selfish choice but it feels so right.

This chapter was FREAKIN WICKED!!! So SOO GOOOOD!!! Trigger and Pearl aren't only vicious but downright stupid. They still see James as the small obedient child she once was but all of that it is about to change and it started the moment they went after Tristen! I'm fuming over here so I can only guess how James feels. I just hope - pray! - she doesn't try to distant herself from Tristen. Telling herself she's keeping him safe because face it, once Tristen is out of the hospital, I think he is going to try more then ever to save James from those thugs. Even if he risks to pay the cost with his life...

God, i'm such a freak and can't wait for the next update, lol! i'm really really that happy that James didn't bolt and told Tristen how she feels too. i hope James sees how much she has grown and changed since meeting Tristen...but i can't shake off the feeling that things are running too smoothly, you know? Trigger & Pearl have been quiet for some time now...plus Tristen's leaving...!? i've completely forgotten that. but one step at the time - first is making sure my life support is working when i read the next ch because i sense buckets of ice-cold water is not going to cut it, lol!
