As he passed various tables, he caught the attention of other patrons seated. For some it was the rugged handsomeness of his features, others were overwhelmed by the size of his frame. Rayne had long passed admiring the physical of him. For her it was the confidence that radiated from him, the intelligence in his eyes, and his dominating disposition that made it difficult to break her gaze from him in the past but tonight after a brief smile, she looked down at the cover of the menu. If her thoughts continued along those lines she'd never get the truth out and they'd remain as they been for far too long. Reminding herself that there was steel in her spine, closed her eyes and hardened herself against the rush. 

I know that's a lot to copy and paste, lol, but I loved that paragraph. Loved the flow of it. Great update; can't wait to read more :)

that’s just what she became. One in a long list of women left behind, destined to watch him drive away in cloud of dust and headlights. He’d taken so much. He had so much of her already, she just couldn’t give him that. So she left him. Refused to look back as she walked away, hoping there was something left herself she could salvage.

But guess what? I'm salivating for more. I always thought (particularly with how the episode played) that Dean was REALLY into Cassie, like damn near his first love almost. I mean, that was one of the times we first saw Dean 'vunerable' LOL There's just something about Jensen, the cute little boy aspect to his image that makes you crave to see him hurt and sad just so you can coddle him and make it all better.  Loved the James Dean reference and how he mentioned Sam was more like their mom and he more like his dad and how Sam was the smart one. Dean knows what he's talking about there LOL But morever, you have me craving for Supernatural again. When does the current season come to dvd? I shall have to look and put it in my queue. This was great, Token. I love these one-shots you do. Please, feel free to do more. :) You have one for Sam and now one for Dean...can we get a John-one-shot??? PWEEZE?

Okay. I think I love you for using Tom Cruise, the Collateral edition. *squeals* I LOVE THAT MOVIE! He was badass for sure. And I loved this! Perfect one-shot! Loved the noir feel and the sections.

This story. Oh how it makes me smile. Talk about an awesome setup, eh? Selina Kyle, thief amongst thieves hooking up with Danny's crew for a job. AMAZING crossover here lady. I'm super-thrilled and loving it. Absolutely loving Selina and Rusty. LOL. She is a total 'dom' when it comes to him. And great job of capturing their voices; particularly Linus. You got me wanting to watch all three movies (which I own) because I love these characters so freakin' much! Thanks! I can't wait to see what else you bring to the table for the Challenge. Or if you use these characters again. I love it!

All I can say is wow. With the introduction of the other characters, I've got a full-fledged grasp of this story. How creative! And Jason's cockney? Funny! As well as his costuming.

All of these individuals are some severely disturbed and dangerous people. Preston trying to make a go at normality. Interesting. Do Babs and Preston have a history? Did she kill a look-a-like in place of him to exorcise those renewed feelings she has for him? And Carter. Wow. He's such a perv. LOL. I love him though; I love that pic of Shia as it fits Carter's behavior. 

He lives in constant insanity...

Who does? Preston? or the innocent victim whose life she took? Is Babs saying here that the world is insane and only their troupe of "insane" individuals are 'sane'? I like that logic. LOL. 

Anyhoo, great update. I love your style of writing and these are some increasingly interesting folks you've introduced to us here. Can't wait to find who's on the other end of the transmission line!

THIS WAS SO GOOD and my interest in this show? PIQUED.

I watched an eppy the other night. I think maybe it was the first eppy? Basically Stefan's first day of school. Folk getting "mauled" (kilt) left and right, then vwallah, Damon and all his sexy shows up with incisors sharpened to a 't' and eyes piercing, smoldering, seductive. First eppy right? 

Well i'm hooked and if they're doing some kind of hiatus re-view then I'm there and watching. 

I must say though that Elana? She's so 'dry' and plain drab to me...Bonnie has much more FIYAH.

I demand multiple one-shots from both you and Black from henceforth...I was so 'liking' the eppy I almost went out and rented the Covenant...*cough* but I didn't. Too cold to leave the house. Ha! Great job! Loved it. MOre please?

LOL! This was funny. Alex and Sam, ahhhh love. Giving these spellbooks to Roxie behind Leo's back is very tricky. I hate to see Leo mad. I mean I would love to see him mad. I'm sure he's even more sexy! I like Roxie's observations on Leo, feeling guilty (or appearing so) after he kissed her. That makes two dudes who have feelings for her in spite of decorum (in spite of this need to choose and mate).

This was so lovely :) But all of your stuff is anyway. I remember watching this film, but like years later (because I don't do horror flicks; esp. zombie flicks). I remember thinking how awesome Cillian and Naomie were together; how bleak the present was. I mean BLEAK. Maybe that's why I don't like those flicks...but the movie did such a great job of portraying the what-ifs and what-nexts. I mean, survival is fucking BLEAK but our ancestors did it years ago when everyday was a struggle for survival, every winter a war, every summer a brief reprieve, but shiiit BLEAK as ever. But that's me looking from the vantage pt. of a cushiony-life. I like your playlist title: Apocalypse Please...inDEED! Bring it! Let's get this party started, get it over with and hopefully get back to being civilized? Yes? No? Maybe?

Nice :) I feel bad that she feels her life so awful that she must commit to a courtesan service. But there is such a thing as "stepping out of your comfort zone" and maybe this is what she needs to shake things up! Great job!
