I'm glad Mercy was finally truthful with Gage, but more importantly herself. Now the balls in his court to prove his truth. I'm glad you've held off consummation. She needs to be sure about him; although, continuing the "little" things doesn't hurt her or us. 😉

About time! Yeesh! I'm glad Mercy forced Gage to just tell the truth. I'm also glad she let him know she wanted him, too. Mercy can be a pain, but this was initiated all ass backwards by Gage. So all this miscommunication, guessing and assuming can stop now. Go on a date, talk this thing out for real and be HONEST, and then see where that takes them.
Love Nana for cutting through the foolishness with Mercy and getting the ball rolling here. She knows her well!

I know it has been only a few days from the last update but I'm hooked on your story. I'm in total expectation of the next chapter and the direction it is going.
How is Gage going to make his mission of making Mercy his, not just through having sex. They have had fights throughout their lives. A romantic calm twist to his chase would be different for him and an unexpected eventful mind blowing shock to her.

Gage seems to be only interested in sex with Mercy. One of his wishes was for Mercy to be his, for sex games or his future wife with a family? What's the rush for sex? Does he love her? What draws him to Mercy? He needs to get to know Mercy as a person and the same for her. Are they going to go on dates?

What has Gage done to earn Mercy's trust...a sexy man can still use and hurt you...why should she consider that he has real feelings and wants more than the physical...does he knows who she is...does she know him...what do they know of each other outside of a childhood rivalry...he spanks her and she likes it but what does he do for her heart...what does she do for his...true love is honestly beyond the physical but the physical seems like the only thing they really have...be vulnerable Gave and show Mercy love...
