Title: "My dick is sort of like a white supremacist."

Ugh, this story is sickeningly amazing. You are such a talented writer. I love Shaun and Adam's chemistry and attraction to each. It sucks that they had to come together under these circumstances. And to become so attached to one another so quickly .. damn. I really hope everything works out for them and Shaun makes the right decision in the end.

Title: “I can’t play this game anymore.”

Hmmm...Shaun is getting on my nerves; she is too much a "tool", letting everyone pressuring her (Celia, her parents). She is supposed to be in her mid-20ties, right? Why does she sound like a 16 years old? Also all the back and forth, hot kiss and then cold shoulder, is getting tiring. There need to be some evolution.

I think Shaun should just tell him herself about the article and how everything started. Even if he gets mad, he'll appreciate her honesty especially if he knows that both of them are emotionally invested in the other.

I am hoping that things will work out for both of them.

Ugh so many feelings haha. Why can't Shaun just become a model and then when that is done become a writer. Or write the article about her experience working with top names... I just don't want the epic blow up to happen. 

 

Anyways, Love this story and can't wait for the next update.

This is going to end badly for Shaun, aalthough I do hope that Adam will eventually forgive her.  Shaun will have to change the nature of this peace as Adam really isn't the racist scum sucking pig as that rant portrayed.  Thank you for posting the update! I missed this story

Dearest Voices, just so you know, I've now reread this story from the beginning, 5 times (count them - 5) because I like it so much. I've now gleaned every possible ounce of knowledge and love and respect for all characters and I'm still feel like my addiction is not even slightly assuaged. And frankly, I wouldn't want it to be. But seriously, please finish this story! You're a great writer! If you need any ideas or beta'ing, let me know (LOL - but serious at the same time). This story has caught my attention, but that "real black woman" statement is very telling.  As a "real black woman" who just happens to be multicultral I can't stand when we judge each other like this.

You are not the first person who has felt this way so I feel the need to point out that it is a character in my story who said these words--a fictional white woman--and they are not indicative of how I feel about black/multicultural women myself. It is dialog, simply an extension of a character in my story, in this case Janelle.
