LOL....yeah...I have to say, as a rule, I really hate skinny jeans on men as well, too. Yuck!

I like Shaun....a lot.

Adam kinda needs someone real like Shaun in his life, so this should be good.

Great start. I'm glad that this girl is smart and stands up to him--it makes for more of an interesting story. It also makes it even more funny for when they inevitably fall for each other. Great job and I can't wait to read more!!

I absolutely love this story! I want more! I seriously cannot wait for the next one. I hope that they get to know each other. And please, save Shaun from those heels. Couldn't she wear something more comfortable. I think that he is going to really like her because she is different. I believe that Celia will be proven wrong because of her assumptions that Shaun needs to act like a brainless model in order to make Adam putty in her hands. Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!

I've seen many chick flicks somewhat like this story's plot, it's even nicer to see it done on paper though.

As to the 'debate' I was unaware I'd caused. I don't have to justify my opinions to anyone. You worry about what you decide to say in your reviews and I'll worry about my own thoughts. Take from that what you will, but I'm done with it.

I liked this story.  You're writing style is engaging. The characters are funny.  I also liked how you pulled the plot straight out of real life.  I love that Adam Levine is the lead guy in this story.  He is so dreamy.  Yes, I said dreamy.  LOL  The only part that I was taken aback by was the Halle Berry and Paula Pattan are not real black woman part.  That left me scratching my head.  It literally took me out of the story.  I know that's how a lot of black people feel.  I hear it all the time.

Haha, Shaun and Adam are so funny! Their whole interactions with each other are so adoreable. And Shaun is just the cutest thing :) I love her personality, its just like mine (death to ALL heels and dresseally though?
