Great update. That certainly was a lively family get together.  I can't wait for the Gringale's to meet Cara and Josiah.

Lol...Cara's parents are too funny! And they were basically right. This won't kill them. It's being done backwards, but better late than never.

Well, it's a doozy, but I think Cara is learning her lesson. I think she's really beginning to understand what she did. No need to keep beating the horse.

I really cant wait for this thing to get started with them.

Cara's parents had me in tears, they were right on some many levels but funny just the same.

Those two definitely are stubborn, hopefully they will get it together.

This is getting good...real good, lol...can I just say I love Mom and Pop Pop Nightinggale...nothing like a little of that "old school" wisdom...now let's see if Stephan and Cara can get this thing right before the newest additions to the family arrive...let the courtship begin...

I'm going out on a limb here...bet there will be a problem with Stephan's parents but nothing like a new grandchild(ren) in the mix to change people's ways of thinking...

LOL, Mom and Pop Nightingale are no JOKE, but what they said was true Cara did a SELFISH thing and let her PRIDE cloud her judgement.

LOL! I love it!  I was laugh so hard when Pop-Pop and Grandma was determined that they court and Cara adamently saying she is not and doesn't want to marry him.

Cara was wrong for not telling him about Josiah and just assuming he would reject her.  She did sleep with him she wasn't worried about rejection then.

I need more I can't wait to see how the meeting of his parents and them meeting her and their grandson.

It's a wonder that Cara ever deigned to sleep with Ste-fawn (giggle) with the preconceptins that she has about him. I can understand him being angry about the situation all around but I'm glad that her parents stepped in. Their advice was absolutely correct and they are a hoot too, especially Cecil. If they got married right now, they would never get along and they would more than likely fail.

Momma and Poppa Nightingale are a riot. When Cecil threaten to tan their hides, I laught so hard I felt like I split my gut. And when Joanne told them they were going to court the old fashon way... I was like go ahead momma.

This chapter was filled with so many intense emotion I was on cloud nine. Knock on wood, excellent chapter.

I really love Cara's parents and I am so glad that they laid knowledge on them and didn't take any prisoners. I feel really bad for Stephan and I can understand why he is so mad with Cara. She kept the fact that he fathered her child from him for like two years! And she had plenty of time to go to him and fess up, but she didn't. Hell, she could have even went to him at the end of her pregnancy with Josiah or after he was born!

Needless to say, I am mad at Cara, but I understand why she did what she did in a way. She didn't want to run to Stephan because she didn't want to look like a golddigger. I can understand that, but she should have put her pride in her backpocket and involved Stephan. He's missed the birth of his son and a lot of his son's firsts even his first birthday!
