Good Chapter. By the way were you somehow inspired by "Madea's Family Reunion" there seems to be some similarities plus the actress you have as Aubrey was also the one being physically and mentally abused in that movie. I think her mother only likes her with Vincent because he is rich, she doesn't care about what he does to her.
I could be wrong about the connection between this story and the Madea movie either way I am loving it, plus Chase is HOT!!!

Lol, now that you brought it up, I notice it also. It will not be like that for very long. As for Aubrey, my sister ( xbelivex ) picked her picture out. I just couldnt find anybody, but I did pick out the guys. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Interesting, there are a lot of women today who allow themselves to be abused. It is hard for me to have any sympathy for her though, I don't really care about what happens to her because she isn't doing anything about it.
I like the way you write her thoughts though because they seem very realistic. I work in a Domestic Violence shelter and alot of the women there, thought some of the same things before they finally woke up and got away.

I greatly appreciate your review! I was not sure if I was writing it correctly. I have never been in an abusive relationship, but I have witnessed one (my mother and her ex husband). I do not feel sympathy for her either.

I'm glad she got a little gumption about herself. I think it was due to her father voicibg his opinion on the relationship but she needs to break it off period. Oh how I hate that word "correct" like Vince is her daddy or anyone with any authority over her. I:m really enjoying this story so far.

See, I'm about to go all "Burning Bed" on Vincent's azz! I'm sucked in now because something has to be done about him!
And I'd like to know how it is that EVERYONE but Bre's mother hates Vincent? What exactly is she seeing that the others arent? I wonder if her mother thinks that's strange, but I know someone has pointed that out to her.
And what demons are Bre dealing with? What is she hiding deep inside herself to put up with this?
This is sooo gonna give me fits!!

The level of Aubrey's stupid knows no bounds! You should kisten to you sister Dani, your friends, and your father. Your father senses that Vincent is miscreant, why do choose not to see it? Bre makes my teeth itch and I want something really bad to Vincent! Chase is an tasty morsel, love me some Chase. I really can't stand her mother!

Overtime I will reveal why they are in their relationship. Her father, thinks something is wrong but isnt 100 % sure. He is a very busy man and does not see his kids as much as he should. He is going to find out though.
