Yes, my prayers have been answered. Whats more fitting then being trapped in a body you can't control. Raymond is so prideful; I can't see him wanting to live like this.

As for Ophelia, I am disappointed in her. She said she would not keep secrets from Bennie.

And Keisha is so funny. I like her direct approach with Bennie.

Bennie is going to confront Ophelia about this marriage and yes, she did promise him and he's going to remind her of that.  There are some consequences Ophelia is going to have to deal with.

this is a great story so many twists & turns.....i know that Raymond is a pig but in his own way he does love Ophelia & she can protest all she wants but the feeling is matual...revenge or not! glad Bennie found himself a girlfriend.

i wonder if Raymond is really ill or if this was his way 2 infom the family that they r married & 2 get her 2 come & live with him 4 a while! i'm just saying i wouldn't put anything past him.

Wow! What an amazing update!                                                                              Ophelia clearly loves Raymond but her revenge against him is dominating her love for him. He dosen't deserve her love cuz he literally ordered her to marry him.He's still a bastard. She should have listened to Benjamin and should have quit her plan for revenge. It's going to be really hard for Ophelia to handle things now.

Just caught up with this story and it's intese in a good way. Like these flawed characters! Great storyline and writing!

I knew Bennie/Teddy, was not gay...I just knew the right woman had not caught his eye. Growing up around all them white girls, he was not attracted to them like he was supposed to be. Once he starts to date Keisha it will all become clear to him. Poor Ophelia, she is in love with the man that raped her 22 years ago, that is crazy, and to want another child by him????? That is too crazy!  

I don't know but I think Ophelia and Raymond are in love with each other....I feel really bad for Ophelia she really needs to get help....Raymond really has done a number on her. He in her head and I don't think he is going to every really leave her alone.

Bennie is the only grown up in this.....poor boy.

I think Ophelia is on the crazy train but apparently I've boarded with her.

And yeah, there's a method to her madness, but there's more madness than method. Ophelia needs serious counseling. How can she not see that Bennie is right about bringing another innocent human being into this mess. Raymond won't leave her alone until either she's dead or he is. And a baby would tie her even more to him. Girl, get thee to a therapist and quick.

Brenda, I don't know how many ways to say you're doing a really good job with this one. Each chapter has my jaw dragging the floor. Bennie kills me. He reacted exactly as I thought he would. I'm surprised he didn't have a mini stroke. It seems as if he's the adult in all of this and his parents are pubescent.

I agree with Bennie , Ophelia's plan isn't going to work because she loves that fanatical idiot. She is no match for the crazy that is Raymond egostitical maniac. Is Keisha Raymond's plant to distract Bennie? I am wondering if David was a plant as well. I don't put nothing past that idiot. Thanks for a great update.

Raymond is no one to triffle with. Although Ophelia wants her revenge, Raymond is still in her head. I'm with Ben on this matter, Ophelia needs to run, no skip her way to the therapist office.
