Loved the update! This story pulls at the heart strings. So glad Abigail is so open minded and receptive to Bennie's feelings toward Ophelia. Raymond needs to be taken down a peg or two!! and I hope he isn't gonna know what hit him when they set their plan in motion.

Oh my I want to cry for Ophelia. Margie and Bennie 's parents. How can they beat the devil. As I was reading Raymond's account of how he drugged Margie and then raped Ophelia I wanted to throw up and beat that evil bastard down to the ground. The dirty bastard sick fool.
Margie has a right to be scared of that evil bastard because she has already felt first hand on how vindictive he can be.
I wonder what Bennies adoptive mother have planned for her evil brother and will her husband back her play.

That last scene of Bennie and Ophelia was so touching and heartbreaking...nearly brought me to tears...yes, Ophelia...claim your baby boy...I understand Margie's resentment toward Raymond...believe when I say I do...but Bennie is just as much a victim in all of this as Ophelia...he was taken from a mother who clearly loved him with all her heart and handed over as a pawn to his adoptive parents for his 'father's' own nefarious needs...he was taken advantage of even though he came out relatively unskaved because at least he was given to a good family who loved him...but Bennie is a victim...I'm so glad I wasn't wrong about Bennie's adoptive mother...she is a sweet woman and she loves him too totally...but she has more steel in her spine that her no-good brother gives her credit for and I can't wait for her and Bennie's plan to kick in and give Raymond his comeuppance...
There are no words to express how much I loathe Raymond...that sick pedophile...and it wasn't enough that he violated Ophelia's body...he had to take away the love of her life...her baby boy...too...dirty, low-down dog...oh, Brenda, you've got to get him good...real good...write me into the story and I'll take care of him for ya...oh, my blood boils...

oh lawd, tear-jerker moment, I'm just-a bawling right now! LOL I was a teen mom years ago - much older than Ophelia yet too young to be a mother so I can relate in that I was faced with tough decisions as well. I can't imagine the pain (and courage) she went through of having to give her baby up at the mere age of twelve/thirteen. I love my son just as fiercely as Ophelia loves her Teddy and to finally have him back is just heartbreaking and freaking fantastic at the same time!
I'm glad Bennie's mom will be instrumental in tearing her bastard of a brother a new one...serve his ass on toast, baby yeah!

First- there are some cold nasty bastards out there
Second- I'm very proud that Teddy is not hiding who he is. His mother and father, mostly his mother, raised him very well! I love that he's taking charge of this and being very openminded towards Ophelia and even Margie. The part when he called her grandma was very strong and powerful
Third- I'm happy that his mom is on board to get Raymond back because his nastiness needs to be stopped! He's scum and it needs to be cleaned and scrubbed with some heavy chemicals
