of course kendra can't take no for an answer, what makes her think that he'll have anything to do with her if she kills the mysterious woman. great update!

Well, Kendra is that rare bred that believes if you take away his option then he will go back to what he already had. She's really twisted.

The story is coming along beautifully but I don't know why Nikoli is so understanding of Kendra's insanity. He now has a woman he loves and respects, he promised to protect her always. Why is he chatting with the threat, if he can easily end her so  what is he waiting for?

i know kendra is there for dramatic license but I really need to see Carolina get very dangerous and powerful ..and what is Nikoli's problem?! certuries old yet at times acts like a emotional frat boy! Your best friend/shaman has vision on harm coming to your mate, you get pissy with him instead of formulating plan of attack for mate's protection.  Your empath vampire bride gets "headaches" yet that doesnt seem strange to you? Dude sires nutzo vampiress, said vampiress threatens his beloved mate and warns the hoe instead of ripping her undead heart from her chest?!

yeah i'mma need Nick to get his balls back.  I want Nickoli from Chapter 1 back please and thank you.

Yes, I'll admitt that Nikoli is very tame considering the fact that he had just rescued Carolina from three people who he didn't even hesitate killing. But there is a reason as to why he hasn't killed Kendra. Everything that he has been keeping from Carolina will be revealed in the next chapter.
