Well damn!  I'm speechless! (Almost). Had to move back from the monitor to get a very cold glass of sweet tea because all the drama in this chapter just left my mouth hanging wide open and dried out.

About the father...hhhmmm.  What's that mushy, smelly stuff people sometimes scrape off the bottom of their shoe, yeah that. That's what I picture when I try to imagine Charles.

Then there's Jared. Yes he's a brat, a man-child, (and almost a man-whore), but maybe with a little help from a certain young lady, Lucinda can help him grow.

Now about the mom...OMG! Sister Sarah, Get Your Gun! It's an invasion. Hahahaha.  If she's worried now with just Inga, what will she do when Jared comes back around with Lucinda in hand. I am really loving this story and all the possible twists and turn this story can take next.  

And now let's discuss Charlie and Inga.  (Silence)...uhmm...(more silence)... whoooaa...Charlie...hot... (throws hands up and backs away now to go stand in front of the freezer!)

Oh My!  Who knew what freaks those Peterson men were.  

Charlie is so damn hot I actually feel a little sorry for Inga. Looks like she better get used to limping and walking sideways - hahaha.

The 'sleeper' in this whole wonderful story has to be Jared, so far (still waiting to see what Brenda pulls off with Lu's character). I especially loved that one part with the secret move...you know which one I'm talking about...'legs in the air' ladies; legs in the air!  

Shame on you Brenda. Why am I on line looking for local places to take yoga!

Well damn!  Is it hot where you are Brenda? Because it's dang hot over here after reading this latest update.  I almost felt like calling the church's usher board to come over and fan me (LOL).

As always, I love reading the reviews just as much as the story so when you mentioned that Inga might be ducking Charlie...all I can say is, Run Forest, RUN!

What truly amazes me about your writing style is the transformation that occurs with your secondary characters. We may start off disliking them, but at some point, you make us fall for them just as much as with the main characters. 

Thank you!  Now on with the updates.  I want to see how Jared and Lucinda's relationship growes and what happens when Charlie comes knocking at Inga's door for seconds (or is that forths).

I wonder what's the real issue behind Valerie's feelings towards Inga. Could it be that she, Valerie, feels she'll lose Charlie's if he actually has his own life...viewing it as just another male 'leaving' her? Hhmm, just guessing here. Either way I like it!  

What's almost as much fun as reading each new chapter is looking over the many reviews. Including the Author's response.  Soooo, there will definitely be at least two more chapters to this delightful tale, right? 

Soooo, I need to confess (tentatively raising my hand). I haven't actually watched a single episode of this new series so I am lost on the whole concept a little. With that being said...I thought it was a nice story, but not really my 'cup of tea' as it deals with infidelity which is a major block for me personally.
