Title: Chapter 4: Chapter 4
OMG LOVED IT!!!! Sorry I've been incog-negro the last few days and now got to read your update. And whoohee child, it was HOTT. After all the sexual repression they went through it's about time they did something. But of course ever the honest Raizo couldn't let it go too far. I still love him though.
There is something I thought I should mention. I doubt you even thought about it, its such a small note. But Raizo didn't wear cologne or scents that can be tracked. If you recall in the movie( I watched it recently) he told her not to use scented soap or perfume because the ninja's could smell her. However things have changed and he's gotten rid of his enemies, and the people he works for are clearly too inept to actually know or do something about that. So I'm assuming he let a few lifestyle markers go from his previous life. So I'm definitely looking for more! Like loosening up those buttons!!! hehe
Anyway I really like what you did with this chapter in showing more of thier personalities. I'm definitely connecting to them more and gosh I feel sorry for Mika, things don't come easy for her do they? PLEASE UPDATE SOON!! I can't wait for more, love the picture at the end btw it was a nice touch.
Author's Response: Thanks Flame and I really mean from the bottom of my heart!
That's the one part of his character I couldn't let go of and I felt that even through all that sexual heatttt that he would want to come clean with Mika. He's putting it all on the line for a future with her without any secrets between them.
That part about the cologne I thought about it real long and hard. I took out the sentence then put it back in - I did this about a couple of times. Indeed I thought about scene between them but like you said this gang isn't as sophisticated as the Ozuno clan was and they are trying to build themselves up into a formidable organization - they need Raizo's ingenuity in order to do so. As you can see Raizo is frustrated by them and their ineptitude....LOL. Of course I want to loosen him a little for Ms. Mika. Don't remind about that chest of his...Lawdie put out the fire...LMAO!!
I read what you told me the last time about giving them more depth and I'm trying so thanks for the compliment. Mika is like many women that I interact with on a daily basis, nothing ever comes easy for them and they have to fight everyday to take care of themselves and their families. I believe I incorparated a little of these women into Mika's character.
As for the picture, sometimes I feel like I need one to give my readers an idea of what these two people might be going through. Its great when you can find a good picture but its good when you can create one using photoshop. Still heartbroken that my last CPU crashed and I lost all my creations :-( LOL! I'll survive.
Thanks for such a wonderful review! You're awesome!
