Title: Chapter 6: Chapter 5

I like the idea of the story alot but the ending of this chapter made me disappointed. I'm not bashing you, let's put that on record. Personally I love seeing strong female characters and honestly it's very rare to find one that doesn't so quickly succumb to the 'white' knight dependency syndrome.  One's who can put a man in his place quick and though sasha did that it all kinda fell to the waste side when she broke down and fell right back into that guys arms. I mean this is only her third time seeing him it was uncomfortable how vulnerable she becoame with him so fast. I found myself saying 'really?' and 'what?' quite a bit while reading.

Author's Response:

Thank you for your review! I understand where you are coming from. I've been trying to convey that their feelings for each other are quite different because of how strong they are from the beginning. Sasha has expressed before that she feels a comfort with him that she has rarely felt with anyone else; something that weirds her out at first and that she can't explain. Their connection to each other goes beyond the number of times they met. Also, in that scene, she did not intentionally fall into his arms. It was more that she was so distraught over feelings she had kept to herself since she was abandoned by her mother that it didn't matter who was there, she just didn't want to be alone and needed any form of comfort. I hope this explains a little bit where I've been trying to go with the story and I hope you keep reading. Again, thank you for your input! :-)

Quitting love is never easy; no matter the situation. That saying seems to follow Jake Ryder in the once vibrant form of Sierra Lewis. The cycle doesn't seem to stop, or maybe he just doesn't want it to.
