Morena, though, tries her best not to get involved with anyone until Travis Keegan bumps (awkwardly) into her.
Travis is a handsome, and complicated fashion photographer, whose lust and inexplicable attraction-at-first-sight to Morena changes the plans they both had for their lives.

I'm not happy with the direction the story is going. I understand that the characters have to go through a sort of rebirth to grow, but at the same time it's a little presumptuous of Isabel and Clark to decide what's best for Dena. I agree with the other reviewer, veterinary school is very difficult, you can't get through that if you don't have a backbone or at least really great support. It seems as though everyone in Dena's life is deciding what's best for her. Including Mr. no share Gabriel. I'm not sure why they decided to give each other a title if they're both still trying to work somethings out and not sharing about your previous relationship i.e. is a Red Flag. You read in between the lines well. Chef was very pissed because dude is working hard to show Sugar that he's the real thing and she's talking about "for the time being"! Sugar thought right. Talking like that is almost like a threat to a man like Chef, but she's gonna learn! You're Chef/Filthy Rich analogy gave me a lot to think about! You're absolutely right!
