Thanks for all of your support here over the years. I've reached my dream of being a published author and I could not have done it without your encouragment.
I will continue to support authors here any way that I can and I want to see other awesome authors here publish their work for the world to read long after we're gone.

Everyone has that someone who made them feel perfect and brilliant. How do we lose sight of those great loves and what happens when they come back into your orbit? Amelia and David were college sweethearts who run into each other 2 decades later-after marriages, divorces, kids, and careers--can they still be crazy in love?

I don't think that telling his side will hurt the story, but will give us a bit of clarifications. Ultimately though, it's our story and you should write it the way your muse wants you to.

Dimitri doesn't have to know it. He doesn't have to know up front that she still has feelings for him. He is going to have to fight to win her as he's never fought for a woman before. He's had it too easy. Always getting a woman with his looks and charm. Well no more. He needs to be taken down a peg or two. Then there's still the sister and her father who doesn't like Sasha. He's going to have to do some major damage conctrol before she gives him her heart again.

Thank you! Yes, I'm really trying to create greater depth to their relationship. Partly because Sasha is a virgin and though she desires Dmitri there is a lot of uncertainty she still feels about herself in the relationship. More talk of that in the next chapter. Thank you for your review!
Reviewer: Brenda1257 SignedI never disliked Dimitri nor do I think that he changed overnight. I feel that he always had feelings for Sasha from the beginning but she didn't meet his previous 'standards' and so he told himself that she wan't really the one and that it was just physical attraction. However, if that was the case, then why couldn't he move forward with Teagan? He admitted that she met his physical criteria and yet he had no desire to sleep with her.
I think the talk with Slade just made all the pieces of the puzzle come together for him. He couldn't leave her when he hurt her, and that in itselp perplexed him, but he realized after talking to Slade that there was more there than even he had wanted to admit.
Now he wants to explore that. He knows she's a virgin and he knows that she wants a serious relationship. He also knows that he can't live with huriting her so to me that told him to get with the program or leave her alone and leaving Sasha alone was NOT an option since he couldn't stop thinking about her.
So, I don't think it was an about face at all. I think it was a revelation on his part and being older, he's tired of games. He wants the real thing.

Yes, he couldn't sleep with Teagan mostly because all he ever thought about was Sasha. She was the one he wanted from the beginning but because she was so different from his usual type he tried to force something with Teagan but with no success! I'm very happy to see that you have the understanding of Dmitri I was aiming for. Thank you for your review!

Yes, Dmitri doesnt't feel comfortable with his feelings for her. because she is so different from his usual type, he would prefer to think it is just a random spout of lust. Then. his feelings wouold have a quick fix. But thus lies the problem: he believes his feelings are something to 'fix' instead of embrace. smh. i'm hoping for his change just as much as everyone else. :-) Thank you for your review!
